So let's say "Cin Cin" to 2025 with a festive cocktail!

Looking for the cocktail of the summer – or a cute dessert substitute when you couldn’t possibly fit in another festive bite? Look no further than the Sgroppino; a tried and tested way to get nonna tiddly and revealing long held family secrets at Christmas lunch to a large, captive audience with big mouths.
It’s easy, just make sure your ingredients are decent – and it’s best in a blender, but you can pour them individually in a glass and mix with a fork if you’re pressed.
Ingredients:
250ml dry prosecco (chilled)
120ml chilled vodka (pop her in the freezer)
500ml lemon sorbet
Mint to garnish
Method:
Pop them all in a blender and whizz. You want a frothy, slushy texture. Serve immediately in flutes – garnish with mint. Salute!

Festive season opening hours
