Selection Appointment & Quote Process

To ensure we have a sales and design consultant dedicated to your project, booking your selection appointment is essential.

• Appointments are available Monday to Friday during showroom hours (Saturday bookings are limited) and typically take 1-2 hours.
• Once your selection is approved, a quote will be emailed to you (and your builder where applicable), and be available to download from your account.

Please make a booking at least 2 weeks before your pre-start appointment and bring (where applicable):

• Builders' contract, plans and any paperwork
• Builders' client liaison name and contact details
• Interior designer or architect name and contact details
• Any additional references or inspiration images

At-home Consultations

Alternatively, you can book a 1½ hour at-home tile and colour consultation with our qualified Sales and Interior Consultants who thrive on helping clients.

• The consultation fee of $250 includes a follow-up consult in our showroom, and is redeemable with a minimum purchase of $3000.
