We currently require a minumum of 2 business days for all collections and deliveries. Payment in full is required prior to delivery or collection.
TILE QUANTITIES – Any quantities measured by Myaree Ceramics are an estimate only.
O.I (ORDER IN) – Allow a minimum lead time of 12-16 weeks from the time your official purchase order is placed.
Always CHECK your QUANTITIES -should you require more ‘Order in’ stock, there will be a further lead time of 12- 16 weeks. We cannot guarantee the same batch or tone.
QUOTES – Valid for 30 days only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
TILE SELECTION – Due to variation that naturally occurs between batches of tiles our showroom samples are to be considered indicative only of colour and finish.

BEFORE YOU LAY YOUR TILES
Please note: We encourage you to be present to take delivery of your tiles.
PLEASE CHECK WITHIN 24 HOURS AND INFORM MYAREE CERAMICS OF ANY ISSUES.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure:
- You have the tiles that you have selected/ordered.
- All quantities are correct and report any breakages to Myaree Ceramics.
- Tiles selected are suitable to application required.
- Tiles are checked prior to laying.
PRIOR TO LAYING
It is the responsibility of the tiler, builder or homeowner to check tiles before laying them.
Have your tiler/builder check that you have the correct quantity of tiles needed to complete the project.
If there is any concern regarding your tiles, please contact Myaree Ceramics prior to laying. Dry laying is recommended; mix tiles from several boxes to ensure “blending” of any inherent shade variation.
Discuss layout with installer before tiling commences.
IMPORTANT
Tiles are a natural product and variations can be expected in shade and size.
Australian Standards define the acceptable variation and imperfection allowable in any batch.
Sizes indicated are nominal only.
No responsibility will be taken for nominal variations incurred.
Installation standards must be met by the installer.
Always ensure that you are using the correct adhesive for the material selected and the substrate.
Always clean grout, adhesive and wax from the surface of tiles.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS FOR REPLACEMENT, REPAIR OR REIMBURSEMENT ONCE TILES HAVE BEEN LAID.
