Do you ship interstate or internationally?
No. We are a Western Australian based business and unfortunately, we are unable to ship interstate presently. You are welcome to purchase tiles from us and organise your own freight.
We do not ship or sell our products internationally.
How much does delivery cost?
Please call us on (08) 93303611 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery quote. Delivery is calculated by suburb, tile quantity, tile size and cubic meterage.
How do I book a delivery?
Once you have paid for your order in full and all tiles are in stock, you can book a delivery by contacting us on (08) 9330 3611 or emailing your sales consultant directly. Deliveries book up very quickly and it is best to book as far in advance as possible.
When do you deliver?
Tiles are delivered Monday to Friday, except on public holidays or where Myaree Ceramics is closed.
Can you collect excess tiles from our site?
No. Our delivery drivers do not collect excess or returns from site.
Do I have to be home to receive delivery of tiles?
Unless your delivery is via Manitou, someone must be on site to receive delivery of tiles, check the stock and ensure everything is in order.
Does Myaree Ceramics accept returns?
Yes. Myaree Ceramics does accept returns on stocked tiles.
The tiles must be returned in saleable condition (original packaging), in full boxes, in currently stocked tones. Returns must be within 30 days from date of invoice. Your original invoice number must be quoted on goods returned.
There are no returns on any special order in items, sale items, discontinued lines, out of stock goods or goods soaked in water/in any way damaged.
Myaree Ceramics charges a minumum 15% fee for handling and administration for all returned goods. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of sale for a complete list of conditions.
I ordered a special product in; can I return it?
No, there are no returns on any special order items.
How do I return tiles?
You are welcome to return your tiles to our trade centre at the rear of our showroom at 91 Norma Rd, Myaree. Please bring a copy of your invoice. Please note, our delivery drivers do not collect excess or returns from site.
When can I expect my refund?
After the tiles are returned to stock, our administration team processes all returns at the end of the month. You will be direct credited to your bank account. Account holders will be credited to their account.
Can I return excess tiles my builder bought?
No. Only the purchaser can return tiles for credit.
